Hello, and welcome. My name is Sharain Stith, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been providing mental health services since 2016. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling and have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support.
I work with clients of all ages, creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they can explore concerns, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. I am passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I utilize evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical solutions to life’s challenges.
